The Reformer ..

The most famous piece and most widely used as it provides a base for which you can resist your own body weight while being supported along with a choice of resistance that provides a wide choice for each body type.  
This unique quality generates a co-contraction between major muscles groups while adding a huge strength component to the core work involved in the movements.
There is little or no possibility of over-training a muscle group on the contrary its design  coupled with an educated eye dictates complete balance throughout each movement...

The Wunda Chair

A very versatile piece designed by Joseph Pilates,  It looks like a chair however, there is a footbar that attaches to springs, while sitting, standing kneeling,lying prone or supine the range or exercises performed are endless, as you learn to resist and oppose and stabilize..... against your body weight and gravity.

The Cadilllac
Also known as the Trapeze Table is the delight, this piece usually will humble one by its meer presence.

This piece, was developed as Joseph Pilates realized by adding a trapeze bar attached to springs he could enable the rehabilitation of injured soldiers that were in hospital beds.
